How the resume keyword checker works
Employers and recruiters often search applicant tracking systems (ATS) by keyword, so the words in your resume should reflect the job description you are applying to. This free resume job match tool reads the posting, lists the skills, tools, qualifications and responsibilities it asks for, and checks your resume for each one.
It also looks for related terms, such as synonyms and abbreviations: "K8s" for Kubernetes, "coaching" for mentoring, or "Postgres" for PostgreSQL. Missing keywords come with related wording you can use, but only where it is true for you. Keyword stuffing does not help.
