When do I get paid?
Commissions are approved 30 days after the referral subscribes (to account for refunds). Once approved, request a payout any time you have at least $50. We pay within 5 business days.
How long does the cookie last?
Your referral cookie lasts 30 days. If someone clicks your link and subscribes within 30 days, you get credit — even if they close the browser and come back later.
Is there a cap on earnings?
No cap. The more you refer, the more you earn. Several affiliates earn $1,000+/month.
What if a customer cancels?
Commission is only paid on active subscriptions. If a customer cancels, their future payments (and your commissions on them) stop. Past approved commissions are still paid.
Can I be both a customer and affiliate?
Yes! Many of our best affiliates are also paying customers. You cannot refer yourself.
