Queries submitted to AskHrAI are processed by our AI subprocessor, Anthropic (the maker of Claude), under Anthropic's own data processing terms, and by our email subprocessor, Resend, solely to deliver transactional email. Your queries are never used to train AI models without explicit consent.
4. Data Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and HR data, including access controls and encrypted service connections. No system is completely secure. Contact us for current security and subprocessors information.
5. Data Retention
